Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Please note we only ship within New Zealand.
We do not ship to Australia or elsewhere internationally.

  • Please choose your order carefully as we can’t make changes after it has been paid and dispatched.
  • Once we have received your payment confirmation, your order will be dispatched by close of business the following working day.
  • Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday only.
  • All orders placed after 2pm Friday, over the weekend or on Public Holidays
    are dispatched the following working day.
  • Overnight delivery and Saturday delivery are not available.
  • Courier and shipping rates are calculated on your order when you go through the checkout and enter your shipping details.
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a street address.
  • Queen Anne ships Standard Shipping – Signature not required unless otherwise advised at the time of ordering. This means your parcel may be left at your door or other appropriate place by the courier.
  • We advise selecting Signature Required during Summer to reduce the risk of heat damage. There is no extra charge for this.
  • We advise selecting Signature Required if you have any security concerns around the safe delivery of your parcel. There is no extra charge for this.
  • There is a higher shipping charge where addresses are classified as Rural or as
    Non-Urban. Non-Urban is for deliveries outside of urban areas that are not rural
    but may be outside of the Standard Delivery area for our couriers.
    Each courier has different Non-Urban areas.

Postage and Handling Charges
All orders are sent by courier with tracking notification.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been packed.

Standard Nationwide: $7.85
Signature Required Nationwide: $7.85
Rural and Non-Urban Nationwide: $12.50
Signature Required Rural and Non-Urban: $12.50
Waiheke Island: $25.00
Great Barrier, Chatham, Stewart Islands: $30.00

Estimated Delivery Times (under normal weather conditions)
South Island orders - within 1-3 working days of dispatch
North Island orders - within 3-5 working days of dispatch
Rural/Non-Urban orders/ - within 4-7 working days of dispatch
Waiheke Island orders - within 4-7 working days of dispatch.
Please don’t lodge a missing parcel query before these timeframes have been reached.

If there is a problem with your order:
We endeavour to get your chocolate to you in perfect condition.
If you are unhappy with your online order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and allow us to fix the situation.
If your chocolate is damaged or has quality issues, we will replace or refund affected items.

If your order is delivered damaged:
Please photograph the damage.
Don’t dispose of the box or the damaged products as we may ask for them to be returned.

If there is a problem with the quality of the contents of your order:
We need the batch number and best before dates found on the back of the packaging.

If an item is missing from your order or you received an incorrect product:
We will need your order number and will send the missing item as soon as we can.

Disclaimer

  • You are responsible for the package once it has been delivered to your address.
  • Goods that are signed for as 'received in good condition' cannot be claimed for if damaged.
  • We are not responsible for weather related damage or delays.
